APPOINTMENT POLICIES
We understand that life happens and plans can change. To help us accommodate other clients and maintain our schedule, please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment.
Rescheduling:
You can reschedule your appointment without a fee as long as it's done at least 24 hours before the original time. If you cancel and do not reschedule within this time frame, the full session fee will be charged.
More Than 24 Hours' Notice for Cancellations:
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment will not incur any charge.
Less Than 24 Hours' Notice for Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost, as this late notice may impact our ability to fill the slot.
Less Than 12 Hours' Notice for Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will be charged the full session fee.
No-Shows:
Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full session fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.
Emergency Cancellations:
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to address the situation.
