SOUND HEALING

Sound Healing Practitioner
Sound healing came into my life during a time when I needed to slow down, reconnect, reset, and truly heal.
After my very first sound bath, I knew it was something I wanted to continue exploring as part of my own healing journey. That path eventually led me to become a sound healing practitioner myself. What started as something deeply personal naturally became something I felt called to share. Over the past year, sound healing has become a meaningful part of both my life and my practice—a way I can create, connect, and offer something restorative to others. It’s brought me so much peace, and I love being able to offer that same sense of calm and clarity to others. It’s one of the ways I get to give back.
From the moment I experienced my first sound bath, I was struck by the power it held. Sound healing is an avenue to deeper connection with yourself, your body, and your energy. The sounds from instruments like crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, and chimes vibrate at frequencies that resonate with different parts of the body and mind. These vibrations help align your energy, reduce stress, and promote healing by guiding you into a meditative state. Our bodies have an incredible capacity to heal themselves and sound is a gentle, powerful way to support the nervous system in doing just that.
If you're curious about sound healing, you're always welcome.
I hold monthly group sound baths on the 4th Thursday of each month in Payson. It's a perfect way to pause, breathe, listen, and drop into a deeper state of rest.
June Sound Bath
This month’s sound bath is designed to gently guide you back into presence through steady tones, soothing rhythms, and intentional stillness.
This month’s sound bath is an invitation to slow down, settle in, and reconnect with the present moment. Through the calming tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments, we’ll support the body in releasing tension and finding stillness.
Note: Sound baths may not be suitable for those with sound-triggered epilepsy, certain mental health conditions, or implanted medical devices. Reach out if you have questions.
